Early Access are posts that are scheduled for release in the future, but made available for VIP Pass patrons ahead of time.

Early Access is part of the VIP Tier (€42). This gives VIP tier patrons more power in shaping the story as you can react and make suggestions or even objections to the story as it unfolds because you get to see the panels immediatly and your feedback can shape the next panels.
